Increased Paramedical Limit

As a result of your feedback from the Employee Rewards survey, in 2022 we are increasing the paramedical expense limit amount for the Enhanced Plan from $600 to $750. This reflected as a small increase to your bi-weekly medical premium deduction for the enhanced plan prices:

FROM - TO

Single: $ 6.81 - $ 7.34

Employee +1: $ 13.35 - $ 14.38

Family: $ 25.00 - $ 27.04

Vacation Policy Changes

·      As a result of your feedback from the Employee Rewards survey, in 2022 are updating the Canada Vacation Policy to decrease the service milestones for when you are eligible for additional vacation time and we have extended the deadline from end of March to end of April to use your carryover vacation days.
