Well-being Days

At our organization, your well-being is a top priority and a core part of our Conviviality culture. To support you in maintaining balance and personal wellness, we are introducing Well-being Days—dedicated time for you to recharge and focus on yourself.

Well-being Days:

  • Are separate from your earned PTO/Vacation time and will not be deducted from your accruals.

  • May be requested by you or recommended by your manager as needed.

  • Unlike PTO/Vacation, Well-being Days may be used spontaneously. Managers are expected to support their teams in taking this time when it’s most needed.

  • Well-being Days cannot be carried over or paid out upon termination of employment. Any unused Well-being Days will be forfeited upon notice of termination, whether initiated by you or the company.

  • Please log Well-being Days in Workday using the “Well-being Day” time-off type.
