Corby Stock Purchase Plan

For Corby Spirit and Wine Limited employees

The following are highlights of the Plan:

  • You are eligible to participate in the plan following 12 months of continuous service.

  • Employees can contribute a minimum of 2% to a maximum of 10% of pay. The Company will match 50% of member contributions.

  • Employees can change their contribution percentage twice a year on January 1st and July 1st.

  • Employees can suspend their contributions at any time. If you wish to resume contributions it must be on January 1st or July 1st.

  • Shares are purchased by Computershare once a month for plan participants.

  • Dividends paid on shares can be re-invested or paid in cash.

  • Quarterly statements are issued, as well as reports, proxy statements and other communications distributed to shareholders.

Employees will be contacted by NA Human Resources one month before becoming eligible in the plan and will receive an enrollment form at that time.

Computershare will reach out by email with login information to create an account online with EquatePlus.

If you wish to make a change to your contribution, you can find the Computershare Change Form under Resources. Please forward the completed form to NA Human Resources. Forms should be received 10-15 business days before the effective date to allow for processing.
