Open Enrollment is your opportunity to invest in what matters most: yourself, your health, and your future.
This event only happens once every two years, so be sure to take advantage of it! From November 16 to November 30, take time to review your benefits and make selections that best support your personal goals and your family’s needs.
Whether you’re updating your coverage, exploring new programs, or tailoring your options for the years ahead, this is your chance to make meaningful choices. Elections are made through Workday and will take effect January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2027.
If you’re happy with your current coverage and don’t wish to make any changes, no action is required—your existing elections will carry forward.
What’s new for 2026?
As a reminder, this is open to full-time salaried benefits eligible employees in Canada
New Rates for 2026 - 2027 on the Enhanced Plan. See new rates see below.
Your Paramedical Coverage will now be expanded to include more practitioners such as Clinical Counselor, Psychiatrist, Behavioral Analyst, Psychoanalyst and Psychotherapist.
New! Wellbeing Personal Spending Account (PSA): provides up to $400 per year, covering 50% of eligible expenses such as childcare, fitness, or legal services. This will replace the existing Canada Fitness Reimbursement Allowance.
Product allotment to include On-Premise purchases of our brands. A detailed receipt is required, and beverages must appear on a separate receipt.
2026 Rates
*For the Medical & Dental Coverage Enhanced Plan there will be a rate increase that will impact the cost of coverage per paycheck in 2026.
